Professional, friendly and helpful

James Hawtin came at short notice to help find out where the fault lie with my underfloor heating, given this was Dec and freezing outside this was greatly appreciated. He was very knowledgeable and manage to find out where the problem was (with some faulty valves in a cupboard upstairs!) and as such I've managed to get a plumber in to fix the problem.
